FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for abrasive machining of surface of machining parts. Flexible agent, for example liquid, is positioned in tool cavity under pressure. Tool is thrown in contact with surface being machined. Tool rotates about its axis, and part performs pendulum oscillations in plane of tool section. Use of method balances conditions of contact of tool surface sections and part in process of machining and increases cutting capacity of tool abrasive grains.
