FIELD: mechanical engineering, abrasive treatment of machine elements. SUBSTANCE: rotary motion is imparted to the workpiece which is brought into contact with the tool surface by means of its translation motion in the direction of abrasive. The abrasive is placed into the cutting emulsion where the fixation ratio of the abrasive is reduced through cooling the last. The cutting emulsion is heated and translated in the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the workpiece. EFFECT: improved method. 1 dwg
