SUBSTANCE: described is quinoline derivative of formula I: or solvate or salt thereof wherein A is phenyl optionally substituted by halogen, OH or C_1-6: benzyl, thienyl, pyridyl, C_5-7 cycloalkadienyl group; R is C_1-8 alkyl, C_3-7 is cycloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, aminoalkyl, alkylaminoalkyl, di-C_1-6 alkylaminoalkyl, C_1-6 alkoxyalkyl, C_1-6 alkylcarbonyl, carboxy, C_1-6 alkoxycarbonyl, C_1-6 alkoxycarbonylalkyl, alkylaminocarbonyl, halogen-C_1-6 alkyl; R₁ and R₂ are the same of different and are hydrogen or C_1-6 alkyl (for other definitions of radicals see claim 1).
