FIELD: ground construction, in particular, roofs of flexible material, applicable for restoration of roofs of bitumen-containing materials. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body made in the form of a frame attached to which are two line reflectors made of heat-resistant dull light material, for example, of aluminium with sealed line quartz- halogen incandescent lamps; one of the reflectors is installed for turning with the aid of a rotary cantilever-type device that is brought out of the body and hinge-joined to it on one side. The body is provided with handles for carrying the device and attached to telescopic supporting blocks. The body carries an electrodistributor placed in a sealed body. Whenever necessary, the device is provided with a detachable housing of heat-resistant elastic material. The device provides for qualitative restoration both of horizontal and vertical sections of roof. EFFECT: enhanced service life of the device. 5 cl, 3 dwg
