FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making milled hole in the projection of occipital horn of the lateral ventricle, setting the central end of the draining system into the lateral cerebral ventricle. Valve is fixed above the milled hole in subaponeurotic position. The draining system end is step-by-step, segment-by-segment moved to postaural area using a guide member along the posterior boundary of the sternocleidomastoid muscle along the medioclavicular line to the anterior surface of the chest under the skin. Carboxyperitoneum and laparocentesis being done 2 cm below the umbilicus, laparoscope is introduced on the medial line. Round hepatic ligament projection is determined by palpating the anterior abdominal wall. Skin cut is done in correspondence to trocar diameter of 3.5 mm in length and the peripheral end of the draining system is delivered to the wound. The trocar is positioned on the round hepatic ligament, that is, canal for delivering the peripheral end of the draining system to the round hepatic ligament is created in this way and the peripheral end of the draining system is set. Skin sutures are put in onto the wound. EFFECT: avoided risk of complications.
