FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of cutting fluid to cutting zone through inlet channel and partial removal of it for additional cooling of cutting plates. It also includes removal of pulp in form of cutting fluid with chips through chip removing channel. To enhance strength of tool and its efficiency and to improve quality of hole machining with simultaneous reduction of power consumption, output section of inlet channel is squeezed, and the above- indicated portion of cutting fluid flow is taken up directly from inlet channel before squeezing. To obtain the same result, output section of cutting fluid inlet to cutting zone in one-way cutting drill or in drill with pulp removal through internal channel is made of smaller section. For additional cooling of cutting plate the latter is provided with at least one channel in form of hole outcoming to its front surface near cutting edge. This channel inlet is coupled with channel of cutting fluid supply to cutting zone by auxiliary channels in drilling head before its output section. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 21 cl, 19 dwg
