FIELD: machine-tool manufacture, in particular, designs of rest units for deep- hole drills with outside discharge of lubricant-coolant with reference to multispindle machine of bridge type applicable in drilling deep holes in tube sheets and similar parts used in power engineering industry. SUBSTANCE: stay bush 18 has two longitudinal slots 24 and 25, respectively, for passing one guide plate 23 and second guide plate 23 together with cutting plate of head of drill 13. Width of one longitudinal slot 24 is larger than width of second slot 25. In this case, width of slot 24 is not less than the angular distance x between cutting plate 22 and nearest plate 23 of drill head with consideration of their width. In one version of the offered unit, width of slot equals width of flute on drill 13. Stay bush 18 is fixed relative to drill in angular position by any known method, for instance, by means of fixing member 27 located in drill flute for discharge of lubricant-coolant opposite to bush 18.
