SUBSTANCE: agglomerated silicate is prepared by crushing silicon- containing material, in particular glass scrap, followed by melting it with soda under ore-thermal conditions at glass scrap-to-soda weight ratio (10- 15):1. Glass melt is then granulated to give desired product. EFFECT: simplified technology.
