FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: waste glass is crushed and melted with soda in ore-smelting mode. Waste glass is continuously loaded in melt after it has been crushed down to size of 1 mm and heated by heat of effluent furnace gases up to temperature of 400-500°C.
EFFECT: acceleration of soluble glass production process from waste glass, reduction of power inputs and lower expenditure of consumables.
