FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel arylthiocompounds of the general formula (I) where R1 and R2 are independent each of other and mean hydrogen, halogen atom, alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, alkoxy-group with 1-6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl-group with 3-6 carbon atoms, hydroxyl, cyano-group, phenyl-(CR5R6)m-group; Het is or they in common mean oxo-group or methylenedihydroxy-group where R3 and R4 are independent each of other and mean hydrogen atom, alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3-6 carbon atoms, phenyl-(CR5R6)m; R5 and R6 are independent each of other and mean hydrogen atom, alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino-group, group CONH2 or cyano-group; Het is cyclic or bicyclic ring with 4-10 atoms and 1-4 of that mean oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen atoms; m = 0, 1 or 2; X means groups: (O)=C-NR4Z, -(O)=C-Z, -(NOH)=C-Z or SO2NR4Z where Z is halogen atom, substituted alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, groups CO, alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms in alkyl moiety, cycloalkyl-(CR5CR6)m with 3-6 carbon atoms in cycloalkyl moiety, phenyl-(CR5CR6)m where R5, R6 and m have the above indicated value and R4 has the above indicated value; Y is hydrogen atom or group SZ if n = 1 or simple bond if n = 2 being Z has the above indicated value; n = 1 or 2 being indicated residues of alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl and Het can be substituted with 1-3 residues among the group involving halogen atom, alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, alkoxy-group with 1-6 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl-group, hydroxyl, cyano-group, nitro-group, NR3R4, NR3COR4, CO2 where R3 is NH(NH)=C-NH2, CONR3R4, S(O)mR3, PO4(R3)3, S(O)mNR3R4, COR3 where R3, R4 and m have the above indicated value, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates. These compounds show antibacterial and antiviral activity and can be used for treatment of patients with bacterial and viral infections. Invention describes also method of treatment and pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I). EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, valuable curative and medicinal properties. 47 cl, 18 ex
