SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel method of preparing crystalline Лиз^B28Про^B29 human insulin that involves the following stages: crystallization of Лиз^B28Про^B29 human insulin from solution containing Лиз^B28Про^B29 human insulin, zinc in concentration from 400 mg/g of Лиз^B28Про^B29 human insulin, at least, 0.3 N organic acid taken among the group consisting of acetic, citric acid or glycine and phenolic compound taken in the concentration from 0.15 vol.% to 0.25 vol.% at pH about from 5.5 to 6.5.
