FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for use in those cases when flexible tie for locking is preferable. It features small size, simple design and manufacture and provides high reliability of locking. All this properties are provided owing to the fact that one end of cable length is preliminarily secured rigidly in housing, and other end, in locking, is passed through housing and is fixed in ring grooves of two similar rollers arranged in inner space of housing and engaging with inclined surfaces of housing inner space. Rollers are spring-loaded in inner space of housing. Device is provided with protective case made in form of thin-walled cup tightly fitted on housing and rolled by edges in cover.
