FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has anode produced from alkaline metal and liquid active cathode reagent. The cathode is produced from graphite fabric. One of long and short portions of fabric intermediate product is covered with electrolytic nickel layer. The layer has 1.5-2.0 mm in width from the long end selvage and 2.0-2.5 mm from the short one having also 10-15 and 20-25 mcm thickness, respectively. The layers are applied so that they join each other in angular abutment so that current discharge metal member is attached to the short end piece part with nickel sediment at the same time.
