FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making semilunar incision in parallel to posterior commissure 3 cm apart towards vaginal introitus. The incision is carried out along the inferior boundary of hypothetical hymen localization. Soft catheter is introduced into the urinary bladder. Tunnel is made to the peritoneum of the rectal space. Rudimental non-functioning uterus is removed. The uterus is mobilized by cutting the uterine tubes, proper ovary ligaments, round uterine ligaments. Peritoneum of the vesicouterine fold is accessed. The uterine blood vessels are ligated. The uterus is excised. The peritoneum is descended to the future vagina bed. The peritoneum is attached to the boundary of vaginal introitus mucosa. Vaginal vault is formed on the same side with the abdominal cavity. The abdominal cavity is isolated from the formed vagina. The vagina is tamponed with rubber protector on ointment base.
