SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to gynaecology. On side on the skin of a vaginal vestibule at base of labia minora are applied, or in presence of vaginal recess is introduced, ball-like dense rubber tip, on which crystallise pelvic peritoneum into abdominal cavity together with movable part of urogenital diaphragm and diaphragm pelvis, located in two floors between rectum, urethra and bladder, stretching underlying tissue on manipulator with pelvic peritoneum area covering urinary bladder and rectum. Thus moving part of peritoneum is stretched and distance between adjacent elements is increased, on edge of the peritoneum is applied 2 provisory sutures from rectus and urinary bladder, between which peritoneum is incised and a tunnel is created between first step toward vagina and small pelvis cavity from abdominal cavity under visual control laparoscopic approach. Then pelvic peritoneum is anchored to edges of skin incision a vaginal vestibule also from abdominal cavity, then at sufficient visualisation of surrounding organs and tissues, created neovaginal vault required depth of parietal peritoneum pelvic using muscular vestiges of uterus by applying purse-string suture.

EFFECT: method enables surgical manipulations monitored with sufficient optical increase of operational field, creating sufficient depth neovaginal without need of further postoperative expansion and recesses using colpo-elongator.
