FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: at stage of identifying a mobile and free from neighbouring bodies pelvic peritoneum in laparoscopic approach is applied 2 provisory sutures on a mobilised on side of perineum peritoneum at edges of planned incision indented by 0.5-1 cm from urinary bladder and anterior wall of rectum. Then opening between sutures peritoneum with subsequent down applied ligatures in previously created on side of perineum tunnel between bladder and urethra and rectum. Further, peritoneum is fixed on side of perineum to edges of perineal skin incision at base of labia minora.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to safely identify without damaging adjacent organs mobile and free from neighbouring bodies part of pelvic peritoneum, fixing and preventing possible layering peritoneum or uncontrolled increase section with transition to adjacent organs.
