FIELD: medicine; operative gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: performing the formation of the canal in the rectovesical space in the direction opposite to the side of the pelvic kidney towards the parietal peritoneum of the small pelvis at angle of 70 degrees, which is opened at the border ⅔ lateral to the pelvic kidney and sutured to the incision line in the vulva area, forming the entrance and walls of the neovagina. Vaginal dome is created from bladder peritoneum at the level of its bottom, as well as muscular rudiments of uterus, peritoneum of pararectal region and rectosigmoid part of intestine.
EFFECT: method enables performing peritoneal colpopoiesis without damaging the area of a single dystopic pelvic kidney.
