FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves semicircular osteotomy is carried out on outer surface of the iliac bone above the line the joint capsule is attached to it in the inside downward direction. The created split part is bent downward to outside. Transverse iliac bone osteotomy is carried out at the level of inferior border of the split. Distal fragment dislocation is carried out to retain the split in the achieved position by means of its proximal sawing around. EFFECT: articulation roof congruent to femur head; accelerated consolidation process. 2 dwg
