MIXED PLASTICIZER AND METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: described is mixed polymer plasticizer of N, N'-dialkylmethylene dinitramines, namely compound of general formula I: RNNO₂CH₂NNO₂R (I) wherein R is CH₃, C₂H₅ or CH₂CH₂ONO₂, compound of general formula: RNNO₂CH₂NNO₂R′ (II) wherein R is as defined above, and R′ is CH₂CH₂ONO₂, (CH₂)₃ONO₂ or CH₂CH(ONO₂)CH₃, compound of general formula: R′NNO₂CH₂NNO₂R′ (III) wherein R′ is as defined above, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: I, 3-7.6; II, 20-52; and III, the balance. Plasticizer is prepared by reacting mixture of two N-alkylsulfamates of general formula: R″NHSO₃M wherein R″ is CH₃, C₂H₅ or CH₂CH₂OH and general formula: R″′NHSO₃M wherein R″′ is CH₂CH₂OH and general formula R″′NHSO₃M wherein R″′ is with formaldehyde at molar ratio of 7: 1-1: 7, respectively and subsequently nitrating reaction product with mixture of nitric and sulfuric at lower temperature.
