FIELD: freight delivery to destination. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting coordinates of mobile vehicle, reception of navigation signals of global satellite positioning system by mobile vehicle, detection of control unit coordinates of mobile vehicle using received navigation signals, comparing current coordinates of mobile vehicle to target coordinates of the vehicle. Each mobile vehicle receives identification number and route. Information of current coordinates of each mobile vehicle is converted into electric signal for transmission through channel of cellular communication system, which transmits digital representation of signal to information processing center, which receives information, processes, stores and displays it. When emergency situation occurs, position of current and target coordinates of mobile vehicle are displayed on electronic map. When information message is received, then message information and transmission time of message transmission by driver, as well as identification number of vehicle are displayed. Analysis of received information provides data for making decision about operative help for driver. EFFECT: increased reliability of monitoring due to increased speed of issuing help to driver, when emergency situations happed in arbitrary point of route. 6 dwg
