FIELD: physics, navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over moving means. In compliance with this method, moving means receives navigation signals from satellites to generate the data pack including the moving means characteristics and those of its separate subsystems. Said signals are transmitted to central control station to be processed and displayed on the terrain electronic map. Besides, dangerous areas on moving means paths are defined to compare current characteristics of moving means and those of operation of their subsystems with tolerances. In expected emergency the crew of said moving means is alerted, motion characteristics, subsystem operation and dangerous zone features as well as external conditions are memorized.
EFFECT: higher safety and reliability of traffic control.
