FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying dough into molding vessel and extruding dough from vessel; squeezing separate doses of filler so as to form continuous dough enclosure around each dose of filler; separating squeezed filler dose in dough enclosure from remaining dough mass at time interval between squeezings of separate adjacent doses of filler without disturbing continuous enclosure. Duration of squeezing of each filler dose is equal to time interval between squeezings of adjacent doses of filler. Apparatus has dough hopper with dough supplying mechanism, molding vessel made in the form of truncated cone with narrow bottom, filler doser with discharge pipe, and dough cutting mechanism equipped with shaft kinematically connected to electric engine and provided with eccentric. Filler doser has shaft connected to dough cutting mechanism shaft through chain drive. Eccentric and cam secured to filler doser shaft are connected to valve-and-piston mechanism of filler doser.
