FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pan positioned on base and forming boards with counterrelief pattern on their working surface. Apparatus is further provided with plate divided into parts by means of side poles and partition walls which are rigidly fixed on plate surface. Forming U-shaped boards are made composite and are mounted in fixed longitudinal position on two parallel shafts. Mid portion of forming boards is rigidly connected to plate and ejecting side portions are positioned so as to adhere to plate between side poles, partition walls and mid portions. Working surfaces of forming boards, their inner sides, side poles and partition walls have relief defining contoured patterns of pans open from the top. Construction of apparatus allows several doughs of predetermined geometrical sizes to be manufactured and definite patterns and contours to be defined on doughs face surfaces. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and simplified exit of ready doughs from pans. 6 dwg
