FIELD: regeneration of loose filter materials used for filtration of liquid fluids. SUBSTANCE: method consists in placing acoustic radiators in filtering material at pitch of 0.5 to 2.0 m and at depth no less than 0.01 m. Regeneration consists in passing the flushing fluid through filtering material at simultaneous action of ultrasonic field at oscillation frequency of 10 to 50 kHz and phase shaft of ultrasonic waves between radiators of 0 to 0.5 of wave length. EFFECT: possibility of cleaning filtering material in large volumes (50 cu.m and more) at high rating (97 to 100%); considerable reduction of consumption of flushing fluid. 2 dwg, 3 ex
