FIELD: oxidation of lipids, lipid-containing food additives, medicinal-cosmetic agents and drugs. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises natural antioxidant (alpha- tocopherol or alpha-tocopherol acetate and L-carnitine which acts as synergist with respect to oxidation inhibitor, ratios of components being as follows, %: alpha-tocopherol or alpha-tocopherol acetate, 75.0-94.5; L-carnitine, 5.5-25.0. Said agents are added at concentration of 0.28-0.50 by based on weight of lipids. This enables one to expand range of compositions for stabilization of lipids.
