FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods used in protection of lipids against oxidation. The composition for stabilization of lipids comprises α-tocopherol and synergist of antioxidant wherein bis-[3-(3',5'-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propyl]disulfide is used. The composition is added in the concentration 0.04-0.26% of lipids mass, and all components are taken in the definite ratios. Invention provides enhancing the inhibitory effect in the minimal concentrations of antioxidant.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition.
