FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing p-cDT plasmida cells containing DNA with nucleotide sequence shown. The sequence encodes pseudo hepatitis C virus "-" RNA and is able to control diphtheria toxin A-subunit synthesis in infected cells. Pseudo hepatitis C virus "-" RNA does not kill healthy cells not infected with hepatitis C virus. Another method version involves introducing pseudo hepatitis C virus "-" RNA into the cells coded with DNA with nucleotide sequence being able to control diphtheria toxin A-subunit synthesis in infected cells. Pseudo hepatitis C virus "-" RNA does not kill healthy cells not infected with. The pseudo hepatitis C virus "-" RNA is produced by means of ПЦР using the DNA with nucleotide sequence shown and carrying out transcription with RNA-polymerase. EFFECT: enhanced selectivity of action upon cells infected with hepatitis C virus. 4 cl, 1 dwg
