FIELD: medicine; surgical instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: forceps have stationary and moving blades and their coupling mechanism in form of slide. Stationary blade has groove with through longitudinal shaped recess, bend and guide axle on one end and removable handle on the other. Moving blade is made as flexible band with longitudinal windows on middle line for passing of U-shaped hemostatic catgut sutures and with side toothed beads. Width and height of moving blade corresponds to dimensions of stationary blade groove. Blade coupling mechanism is made in form of slide with window, stop and two locks for both ends of moving blade. Forceps allow performance of dosed compression of liver tissues in sagittal and parasagittal planes without traumatization. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in operation. 9 dwg
