The operating part has hollow end piece with rounded end and slit on the lateral surface for moving the knife out. The handle has scale for controlling knife protrusion degree. The hollow end piece is used for treating marked strictures of the major duodenal papilla. EFFECT: small size; reduced risk of postoperative traumatic complications.
