FIELD: chemical technology; applicable in chemical, petrochemical, paint and varnish, medical equipment and other industries where highly dispersed mixing of liquid with liquid, liquid with gas are required, particularly, evaporation of liquid phase, for instance, beta-picoline and mixing with gas mixture with subsequent supply for contacting. SUBSTANCE: mixer-evaporator has pressure and mixing chamber and additional evaporating chamber. Located successively behind pressure chamber are mixing and then, evaporating chambers. Mixing chamber accommodates unit for supply of liquid component. Installed in evaporating chamber are evaporating members with developed surface and low hydraulic resistance.
