Combination of 1,2,4-triazole derivative based acting agents for retarding or regulating nitrification of ammonia nitrogen in soils being cultivated and substrates comprises 1H-1,2,4-triazole or substituted 1H-1,2,4- triazole or salts or metal complexes thereof, and one other compound such as substituted pyrazole or salts or metal complexes thereof, dicyanodiamide, guanyl thiourea, thiourea, ammonium thiosulfate ammonium rodanide at weight ratio from 1: 1 to 1:49 in two component mix.
