FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: food rectified alcohol 95% is produced from wash in wash-rectification plant (WRP), at the same time live steam is used to heat wash-epuration (WEC), epuration (EC), cooking (CC) columns and splitter part of distillate column (DC). Epuration water-alcohol vapour from WEC is used for additional heating of cooking and concentration parts of DC, and also for heating of methanol and head admixtures concentration column (MHACC) and methanol column (MC) that operate under pressure below atmospheric value, and water-alcohol vapour from CC and DC are used to heat alcohol column (AC), pressure in which is below atmospheric value. EC and DC processes are carried out according to method of hydraulic selection. Ethyl alcohol cleaning from tail admixtures is improved by their extraction from cubes of EC and DC, cleaning from head and intermediate admixtures - by extraction of these admixtures concentrates from condensers of these columns and decanter. In DC and MHACC intermediate fractions are distillated with extraction of concentrate of head and intermediate admixtures from condensers of these columns and return of ethyl alcohol fraction from DC and cube liquid of MHACC into wash. Rectified alcohol 95% is selected from middle zone of AC and sent to supply plate of MC, from cube of which finished product is extracted, being cleaned from admixtures, with concentration of ethyl alcohol of 95.1-95.9 vol.%.

EFFECT: increased quality and yield of finished product at low costs for its production.
