FIELD: technology of treatment of motor fuels for improvement of their quality. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of ozone-air mixture into fuel with their subsequent mixing. Introduction and mixing of ozone-air mixture with fuel are carried out in process of fuel ejection. Produced in obtained mixture during its motion in mixing chamber are additional turbulent flows by passing current through one part of mixture flow volume. Obtained mixture is supplied to space with stable level of pressure and filtered from foam, solid inclusions and aqueous solutions of hydroxides of fuel impurities. Process is repeated at least once. Device for embodiment of claimed method includes ozone generator, vessel for fuel, outlet pipe connected with pump and installed in successive process line vessel for initial product, pump, ejector, mixing chamber with electrohydrodynamic converter of streams, diffuser, flow-through chemical reactor whose outlet is communicated with inlet pipe of fuel vessel. Pump outlet is communicated with initial product vessel. Ozone generator outlet is communicated with suction inlet pipe of ejector. Electrohydrodynamic converter of streams is made in form of flow-through chamber with electrodes installed inside chamber and connected with respective current source. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method, extended range of used initial raw material in form of fuel with reduced expenditures for modification of motor fuel. 9 cl, 2 dwg
