SUBSTANCE: windmill has shaft that carries vane hanger crosspieces; novelty is that it is provided with vane and generator control rods; wind vanes are suspended from ends of crosspiece pins at point between front edge of vane and its center of pressure and are coupled with automatic windmill misalignment control mechanism incorporating ring mounted on windmill shaft and joined by means of control rods and hinges on vane at point between center of vane pressure and its rear edge as well as by means of carriages on misalignment control mechanism ring; windmill incorporates actuator of misalignment control mechanism ring that functions to vary ring eccentricity relative to windmill shaft.
