FIELD: aviation; aircraft; aircraft manufacture. SUBSTANCE: flapping is effected across wing plane and wing is turned around its longitudinal axis at simultaneous along wing plane. Wing performs flapping along its plane and changes angle of attack relative to drive arbitrarily. At the beginning of flapping, force is applied along leading edge of wing and lowering the wing is started. Then, wing is allowed to overtake case of flapping-wing vehicle changing wing angle of attack into positive without discontinuation of downward flapping motion, after which wing is allowed to be behind vehicle changing angle of attack into negative, after which downward flapping motion is continued and wing is again allowed to overtake flapping-wing vehicle. Angle of attack is changed into positive, downward flapping motion is discontinued and deceleration is performed in plane passing along trailing edge of wing. Wing is allowed to perform upward flapping motion overcoming deceleration force and taking the behind-vehicle position changing angle of attack into negative. Then, upward flapping is discontinued; upward flapping motion is effected due to incoming flow. EFFECT: enhanced stabilization of flight.
