FIELD: methods and grinding device for production of flour from wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, rice and other cereal other cereal products. SUBSTANCE: method of flour production is production is realized by breakage of grain components, mainly, by selective compressing loads produced by grinding bodies of revolution in their motion over lining and acting on 15-85% of volume of individual grain or its particle with their one-act breakage in grinding chamber of given device with subsequent separation of ground products by size and composition. Such selective contact loadings in operation of grinding device are ensured due to making on lining curved supporting surface and on curved contact surface of grinding bodies of revolution. The offered technical solution allows provision of separation of endosperm from shell for considerable portion of grain and its particles in grinding without application to them of compressing loads, and considerable increase of contact forces of grinding bodies onto grain product and extension of region of its breakage due to action of grinding bodies. Offered in given technical solution sizes, section shapes, orientation and mutual location of hollows make it possible to provide for more efficient conditions of separation of shell from endosperm in grain grinding and to obtain flour from cereal products most different in sizes, shapes and types, that considerably extends the field of invention application.
