FIELD: flour-milling industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding cereals in zone of contact of grain with curved supporting surface of grinder and grinding bodies; providing forced supplying of air flow in the process of grinding downstream and upstream of grinder inlet and outlet ends. Apparatus has housing 7 with inlet and outlet ends, rotor 9 mounted inside housing 7, separator with batten, grinding and final milling sections, milling bodies 10 positioned in milling section and having curved, for instance cylindrical, supporting surface. Annular chamber with blades 15 is arranged in housing 7 between rotor separator 9 and outlet end 12. Blades 15 are radially attached to shaft 8 of rotor 9 for providing turbulization of air flow. Grinder has additional outlet channel 18 positioned in central zone of annular chamber and made in the form of, for instance, radial inlet side channels 17 and outlet axial channels 18. These channels are communicated with central channel made in shaft 8 of rotor 9. Method and apparatus allows graded flour to be produced.
