FIELD: sea-going and river transport; emergency devices for rescue in water at day time and at night. SUBSTANCE: buoy includes unit for securing it to transport facility which is made in form of bracket, cord for securing the buoy to rescue device and closed casing with smoke-generating compound equipped with ignition unit and blinking device in form of batteries interconnected by means of electric circuit through power saving units with indicator lamp. Ignition unit is made in form of electric primer mounted in fire transmission delay line and connected with battery of blinking device circuit through power saving unit in form magnetically-controlled contact of magnet fitted in bracket of device securing the buoy to transport facility. Bracket is detachably mounted on buoy case for forming gap between buoy and its case at area of mounting of magnet and magnetically-controlled contact on blinking device circuit for receiving the plate made from magnetically soft material.
