FIELD: floating pyrotechnic means of rescue used for signalization in naval navigation and navigation, in particular, light-smoking buoys, applicable in constructions of floating of signaling smoke boxes.
SUBSTANCE: the smoke-generating device for signaling consists of a body, ignition assembly and a smoke-generating charge with a central duct accommodating a case filled with a dye, the case is made of a material whose temperature, at burning of the pyrotechnic compound, does not exceed the temperature of dye evaporation.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of the smoke-generating device, namely: color constancy and intensity of smoke flow.
