FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has kinescope screen, rectangular frame, which is located at perimeter of electronic picture. Said frame is source of blue light of different intensity. Light intensity is controlled by remote control unit of user. Position of the frame prevents edge flare of image by light sources in frame. This results in possibility to decrease observation fatigue due to regulation of illumination brightness depending on brightness of displayed image and brightness of external light. EFFECT: improved perception of electronic image, decreased fatigue, which is caused by long viewing. 3 cl, 1 dwg
