FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying ultrasonic scanning for determining the area of cortical renal layer injury and echo-negative formation beyond the kidney boundary in combination with endovideosurgical laparoscopy. The following signs are observed: retroperitoneal hematoma availability in kidney projection, its stress and generalization, lifted parietal peritoneum on the lateral parts of the peritoneal cavity or renal or splenic angle of the large intestine depending on the injured side, blood in the abdominal cavity which are used for diagnosing traumatic raptures of cortical renal layer. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis method. 2 tbl
