FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing collagen powder into the pleural cavity in the amount of 1.0-1.5 g as suspension in physiological sodium chloride solution. 10- 15 ml of 2% Lidocaine solution is additionally added to the suspension for making pleural cavity anesthesia and preventing pain syndrome when contacting to collagen particles.
