FIELD: technology of granulation of various materials, granulation of part-containing mixtures, fertilizers, plasmochemical and other ultra- dispersed powders, carbon and mineral fibers, carbon dust formula feed, clay. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in pelletizing moistened germs and granule-forming material till granules of required size are obtained; germs are obtained through action of dynamic load on mixture of liquid binder and germ initiators and granule-forming material till germs size is no less than 10 mkm are produced. Microorganisms and components required for their vital activity may be used as germ initiators; pelletizing is continued till granules at size of 1.0-to 25.0 mm are obtained.
