SUBSTANCE: plant has, at least, one filtering module and circulating vessel. Filtering module upper part accommodates spraying device connected with circulating vessel. Located under spraying device is working member including alternating flat hose made if filtering material and rigid air-permeable base. Hose accommodates layer of perforated material.
