FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing molding granular powder by agglomeration of highly dispersive powder at least from on polytetrafluoroethylene or modified polytetrafluoroethylene, and optionally filler, in aqueous medium containing surfactant followed by drying of agglomerate. Surfactant is trialkyl aminooxide in amount of 0.1-2 % by weight polytetrafluoroethylene. Amino acids as used in the invention are much more volatile then oxiethylates that have been used up to the present time.
