FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: following yeast agglutination genes are obtained: FL01 from yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisae ABXL-1D with length 4.7+/-0.2 kb encoding amino acid sequence called SEQ 1D no1 and defined by restriction cleavage map represented in Fig.1 (in description); FL01S from yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisae ABXL-1D with length 2.6+/-0.2 kb encoding amino acid sequence called SEQ 1D N2 and defined by restriction cleavage map represented in Fig.2 (in description). Yeast strains W204-FL01L and W204- FL01S containing above-indicated genes possessing agglutination properties are also obtained.
