SUBSTANCE: given alpha-ray spectrometer includes semiconductor detector, charge-sensitive preamplifier, forming amplifier whose output is connected to line input of analog-to-digital converter, unit discriminating signals by their shape. Output of charge-sensitive preamplifier is connected to input of unit discriminating signals by their shape whose output is connected to control input of analog-to-digital converter. Unit discriminating signals by their shape incorporates differentiation amplifier, clamper circuit, threshold circuit, two formers by duration and two flip-flops.
