FIELD: manufacture of non-detachable joints by welding or soldering, namely apparatuses for welding by light beam. SUBSTANCE: electrodes such as cathode and anode are placed on reflector in electrode holders. Unit for moving anode has tie rod and chamber secured to anode holder and communicated with inner cavity of reflector. There is bellows inside said chamber. One end of tie rod is joined with anode, its other end is joined with bellows. Sleeve of electric motor is placed inside bellows; shaft of electric motor is mounted with possibility of engaging with sleeve. Reflector is mounted in housing with possibility of motion for matching cathode zone of electric arc discharge with irradiating focus of reflector. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
