FIELD: geodetic instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed in geodetic and mining surveyor measurements for transmission of horizontal direction from one horizon to another horizon. Facility includes telescopes and transmitter of reference direction. Telescopes are placed at different horizons and are mechanically coupled to TV cameras. TV cameras include CCD matrixes and lenses. Transmitter of reference direction comes in the form of double-sided matrix of light sources and is installed between horizons. Optical axes of TV cameras are aligned with vertical axes of rotation of telescopes and are directed to opposite sides of double-sided matrix of light sources.
