FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vodka "Tysyatskaya" producing by the following manner. Drinking water is treated preliminary in reversed-osmotic unit to water hardness value 0.1 mole/m3. An aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared to obtain vodka with proof value 40%. Prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is passed through carbon-cleansing battery at the rate of filtration up to 40 and 30 dal/h for fresh and regenerated carbon, respectively, followed by feeding vodka into finishing tank. Wheat embryo flakes "Flake" are poured with an aqueous-spirituous liquid with proof value 45% in the ratio 1:20 and infusion is performed for 5 days at periodic stirring for 20-30 min, 2 times per a labor shift. Then infusion of the 1-st blend in volume 5 l is poured off (72% of volume of an aqueous-spirituous solution taken) and obtained infusion is filtered off thoroughly before its addition into finishing tank. Natural light honey is added into finishing tank as a dissolved form. For this purpose honey is diluted with softened water in the ratio 1:5, stirred thoroughly and added into finishing tank at stirring. Wheat embryo flakes "Flake" infusion, honey, sugar as an aqueous solution or syrup at concentration 65.8% are added into finishing tank at constant stirring and after addition of these components vodka is stirred thoroughly and its proof value is checked. In the case of deviation of proof value from standard indices vodka is corrected in the same tanks by addition of ethyl alcohol or water followed by stirring and proof value control. Ready vodka is fed to bottling with obligatory control filtration. Ready vodka "Tysyatskaya" has the following ratio of components, per 1000 dal of ready product: wheat embryo flakes "Flake" an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st blend, 4.5-5.5 l; natural light honey, 1.8-2.2 kg; sugar, 14-16 kg; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and water treated by reversed osmosis, the balance, to the proof value 40%. Owing to synergetic effect of components used and procedures of method the proposed vodka shows the enhanced biological value and high curative-prophylactic properties, among them, vodka shows ability to decrease "chronic fatigue" syndrome and to normalize metabolism. EFFECT: improved quality and properties, broadened assortment of biologically active and curative- -prophylactic vodkas. 1 tbl
